I just purchased your software. How do I get my registration code?
As soon as your order is processed, you will be provided with the registration code for your copy of the program via email. If you've made a payment, but haven't received a confirmation letter with your registration code within a reasonable amount of time (one business day for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please notify us.
I have purchased the program, but I don't know how to register it. What should I do to register the program?
To register the program, please do these steps: open the program window, then Select Help | Enter registration code... from the program menu, enter your registration information into the related lines and press OK.
I have purchased the program, but my registration code does not work. How can I register the program?
Make sure, that you run the latest version of the program (to view the program version select Help | About... from the program menu). To get the latest version of the program visit our download page: http://www.rixler.com/download.htm. Try to enter your registration code using the clipboard - select and copy the registration code to clipboard using Ctrl+C, then paste it into the registration dialog edit box using Ctrl+V. If it will not help, please contact us, we will find another solution to this problem.
I have lost my registration code. Could you please resend it?
If you purchased the program via RegNow you can find your order and registration code on the
RegNow Order Search page. To get the registration code from RegSoft, please send your request to
RegSoft Support Center.
